How D.G. Property Management Started
D.G. Property Management LLC started the way most local service companies do: with one person doing the work directly, one Marietta yard at a time. Derek built the business on lawn care first, mowing, edging, and bed cleanup for homeowners in and around Cobb County, and expanded into pressure washing and junk removal as the same clients kept asking whether he could also handle the driveway, the fence, or the garage full of things they'd been meaning to haul off.
That's still how the business runs today. Rather than three separate specialty companies, D.G. Property Management is one crew that covers all three jobs, based out of Dallas Hwy in Marietta. The name on the door says "property management," and full property management is a direction Derek has talked about for the future. Right now, 100% of the work is lawn care, pressure washing, and junk removal, done directly for homeowners who'd rather make one call than three.

Derek is the owner, and he's the person who answers the phone, gives the estimate, and stands behind the work when something needs a second look.
